Frequently asked Questions

Typically for instock items this is one to two days, for rural deliveries add an additional two days.
For custom made products such as our Energy Hub will depend of several factors as they are custom made. We will advise an approximate time frame when ordering.

A restocking fee of 20% applies to orders that were made in error or due to a change of heart. If an item is returned so it can be replaced with an alternative product the 20% does not apply.
